| The topic for this year's Oratorical Contest is: "For Me, Optimism Is..." All contestants must be sponsored by a Club, and must have finished first in a Regional Contest. There is a $35.00 entry fee for each contestant competing in a Regional Contest. Each Club may sponsor one boy and one girl in a Regional Contest. For information about your Regional Contest, contact your Assistant to the Governor.
